A Wedding in Montmartre !

Arty Parisian atmosphere for this wedding inspiration shoot in the heart of Montmartre.

An elegant, luminous and delicate universe in which a retro touch is mixed with powdery colors.

No better place to bring out this timeless atmosphere than Montmartre, a symbol of romantic Paris!

This village in the Parisian capital, made of pretty secret streets and staircases where you can still hear the footsteps of artists was a real source of inspiration in the choices of D-Day!

Styling

The bride and groom’s outfitsLes tenues

Chloe, our bride wore high-waisted crepe pants and a lace blouse with balloon sleeves and high collar signed Galatée Couture. Timeless pieces that gave such a fluid and elegant side!

Maxime, our groom, wore a black tuxedo by L’apiéceur, a master suit of elegance! A mix & match of style between our Montmartre lovers!

Bridal accessories

As for accessories, we accompanied the outfit with a white wool felt boater from the Traclet hat shop, embellished with a light veil, which sublimates the outfit with perfection! For the rest of the festivities, the boater was replaced by an oversized bow, chosen for its delicate and romantic side.

Bridal Makeup & Hairstyle

Sabine Costanzo, Hair Stylist worked the bride’s hair with style and simplicity to give her a nice “tousled hair” effect. A beautiful complementarity with the make-up done by Larisse Kouamen who sublimated our bride in a natural way while adding a glamorous touch with the use of an essential: red lipstick!

Ceremony

To say YES

Our bride and groom said “YES” for life in a beautiful and intimate ceremony! With the Sacré Coeur in the background, they were seated on two vintage armchairs under a flowery arch made by our duo from L’Usine à Pétales, Anais & Nolwenn, lovers of beautiful products and seasonal flowers. The Manal Paris wedding rings were chosen in a fresh retro style, which perfectly matched the tones of the day!

Paintings

Elisa Grilli di Cortona, painter, realized during the ceremony a watercolor of our bride and groom to immortalize this beautiful moment… What a nice souvenir to keep and contemplate afterwards in order to remember in drawing all the emotion of the moment. It is also Elisa who designed all the stationery, always made of watercolors, a bit minimalist and which puts forward the universe of the D-day and the Sacred Heart.

Cocktail

Cheers

The bride and groom opened the festivities by toasting with delicious cocktails personalized with the colors & flavors of the day, made by Vincent from Cocktails Event!

Design

For the cocktail, a decoration thought in a retro spirit, powdered tones and the use of raw elements! All selected at Vaisselle Vintage, a rental service for antique dishes, objects and furniture. In the spirit of Montmartre, different art styles were selected to be part of the shooting…

Music

The music with the musical trio Aya made our couple swing during the cocktail on Jazzy tunes!

Catering

Even in the gastronomy of the cocktail we find an artistic universe with the Tableaux Paris, real creations to be tasted! With their extraordinary color palettes, they immediately caught everyone’s eye and seduced the taste buds!

The bride and groom’s walk

Place du Tertre

Then, our bride and groom escaped for a few moments for a stroll just the two of them, immersed in the effervescence of the streets and cafes around the Place du Tertre.

Incognito

Even if the crowd only had eyes for our couple, we wanted our bride to play it incognito by adding an essential accessory to her outfit: sunglasses! Chosen in a retro style, they match wonderfully with her outfit.

The table of honor

In front of the Basilica

We find the Basilica under another angle for the head table. The panorama of the esplanade of the Sacré Coeur offers a breathtaking view of all Paris!

Timeless design

A refined and simple decoration, fresh floral arrangements in powdery tones or a tableware with golden details straight out of a Parisian wardrobe… Here is the timeless and romantic style you want for your wedding table! A Haussmanian style mirror with golden frame was proudly displayed in this universe, decorated with the names of the bride and groom written subtly with red lipstick… which reminds us of our bride’s makeup!
